Most shops selling personalised embroidery send your order to someone else's floor. We don't — which is why we can show you the machine your sweatshirt was stitched on, and why a mistake is ours to fix, not ours to explain.

Personalised means made for one person. Here is exactly what that does and does not mean for you.
What if you spell her name wrong?
We remake it free, within 30 days, no argument and no return needed. That is our mistake and we treat it as ours.
Can I return a personalised piece?
Not for a change of mind — it has her name stitched into it and we can't sell it to anyone else. Faulty, damaged or not as described, you get a full refund. This is why we show you a preview before you pay.
When will it arrive?
We stitch in 3-7 days, then ship. You see the actual arrive-by dates on the product page before you check out, not a vague estimate.
Will the letters crack or peel?
No. They aren't printed. Each letter is cut from woven fabric and satin-stitched around every edge, so there is no film to crack. Machine wash cold, inside out.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, on every order, with no minimum. The price you see is the price you pay at checkout.
